Refund Policy

Jay Hind Foundation, Ahilyanagar is a nonprofit, charitable organization dedicated to social welfare. We deeply value every contribution and work hard to ensure transparency and accountability in our operations.
Please read our refund policy carefully before making a donation.
1. Donations Are Voluntary and Non-Refundable
All donations made to Jai Hind Foundation are voluntary and intended to support our ongoing programs and initiatives. Once a donation is made, it cannot be refunded, except in rare cases of error or duplicate transactions.
2. Refund Conditions
A refund request may be considered only under the following conditions:
- Donation was made by mistake (e.g., wrong amount or duplicate payment).
- Technical error during the transaction.
- Unauthorized or fraudulent transaction.
In such cases, the donor must inform us within 7 days of the transaction by providing payment proof and details.
3. Refund Process
To request a refund, please email us at contact@jaihindfoundationahilyanagar.org with the following information:
- Full Name
- Donation Amount
- Date of Transaction
- Mode of Payment (e.g., UPI, Credit Card, Net Banking)
- Transaction ID
- Reason for Refund Request
Once we receive and verify the details, the refund (if applicable) will be credited. The amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 7 to 10 days.
